Bernard Ponsot has been working for more than 35 years for Defense Industry, as Designer, Technical Director, Business development Director and General Manager.

His main positions were :
Managing Director and Business Development Director of Defense Systems Division for CNIM, 
Director of the Business Unit of Robotics Land Systems for ECA Group (now EXAIL),
Business Development Director for CEFA.

In 2023, Bernard Ponsot set up BPO CONSULTING, as President and he is taking over the management of operations
